1. Regenerative Agriculture Systems

Kendir Hemp Project

The Kendir Hemp Project serves as our foundational initiative focused on revitalizing Turkish hemp agriculture. For seven years, our core team has cultivated, processed, and sold hemp products, creating a viable model for regenerative business. We've preserved heirloom cannabis seeds in our off-grid seed bank, safeguarding Türkiye's agricultural heritage. Through distribution of over 16 million hemp seeds across diverse regions, we've expanded the regenerative hemp economy while working closely with small-scale farmers. Our developing decentralized micro-processing facilities address infrastructure gaps, ensuring economic benefits remain within rural communities while creating a network of living laboratories for agricultural innovation.

Regenerative Cotton Project

In partnership with Raddis Cotton and Hasat Cooperative, we transform conventional cotton cultivation into regenerative systems. Through integrated practices including cover cropping, minimal tillage, and biological inputs, we rebuild soil health in fields traditionally depleted by conventional methods. Our participatory research with cotton farmers develops locally-adapted protocols that improve both yields and ecosystem function while reducing dependency on synthetic inputs. This project demonstrates how commodity crops can sequester carbon, enhance water cycles, and support biodiversity while challenging the notion that cotton must be environmentally destructive.

Earthryai Olive Oils

The Earthryai Olive Oils program applies agrohomeopathic principles to traditional olive cultivation, using minimal, targeted interventions to enhance tree health and resilience. Working with established olive groves, we've developed protocols that increase drought tolerance and disease resistance while improving oil quality. This approach allows ancient olive landscapes to function as integrated agroecosystems where production coexists with habitat preservation. By honoring the deep cultural significance of olive cultivation while introducing regenerative practices, we're demonstrating how Mediterranean agricultural heritage can evolve toward greater ecological vitality without sacrificing tradition.

Rebioca converts organic waste into regenerative resources through advanced composting and bioconversion techniques. This initiative creates significant value from previously discarded materials, establishing circular resource flows that mimic natural systems. Medicinal Mushroom Cultivation

Our Medicinal Mushroom initiative exemplifies circular bioeconomy principles by transforming agricultural waste streams into healing medicines. The cultivation systems convert organic residues into mushroom-growing substrates, and the spent materials become nutrient-rich soil amendments, completing ecological cycles. Beyond production, this project demonstrates the intersection of traditional mycological knowledge with contemporary understanding of fungal ecology, creating multiple value streams from materials previously considered waste. The medicinal compounds support both human and ecosystem health, embodying our commitment to integrated wellbeing.

3. Education and Community

Istanbul Hub

The Istanbul Hub connects farmers, researchers, and community members in developing regenerative strategies for urban and rural environments. This physical space serves as a living laboratory for ecological innovation, where theoretical understanding meets practical application. The hub facilitates knowledge exchange between diverse stakeholders, accelerating the adoption of regenerative practices through collaboration and shared learning.

Orman İyeleri (Forest Schools)

Our Orman İyeleri program provides immersive ecological education that integrates indigenous wisdom with modern science. These forest schools cultivate a new generation of ecological practitioners who understand natural systems through direct experience rather than abstract concepts. By developing deep ecological literacy from an early age, the program creates cultural foundations for regenerative living that will sustain long-term environmental transformation.

Urban Gardening Programs

Our Urban Gardening Programs transform city spaces into productive food landscapes through community gardens, rooftop cultivation, and balcony growing systems. These initiatives reconnect urban residents with food production while creating habitat for pollinators and wildlife in urban environments. By incorporating indigenous crop varieties and traditional growing methods, our urban gardens preserve cultural food heritage while demonstrating how even dense urban areas can participate in agricultural regeneration. Web3 Education Programs

Our Web3 Education Programs develop digital tools for ecological tracking and transparent environmental restoration. These initiatives bridge technology and regenerative practices, creating accessible pathways for broader participation in ecosystem healing. By leveraging decentralized technologies, we're building systems that align human economic activity with ecological regeneration, establishing new models for environmental stewardship in the digital age.

3. DAO Governance and $REGEN Validator

Opened Turkey’s first Hemp Store in Istanbul, now a community hub.
Last season, we gifted approximately 6.25 million hemp seeds to farmers for planting in order to improve the hemp economy. We also shared our harvests freely with the community to enhance overall health and raise awareness. As hemp punks, we aim to promote a gift economy and work towards a sustainable future.
