Conduct the meetup at Ritual, Virtual - Miraflores. Register participant attendance Provide food and beverages for attendees. Ensure photographic coverage of the event. Carry out networking dynamics.
Report Preparation and Delivery
Compile data and feedback from the event and mentorships. Analyze the impact of the meetup and mentorships. Draft a detailed report on the results obtained. Deliver the final report to BASE.
Mentorship for Onchain Summer
Organize mentorship sessions for meetup participants. Provide guidance and technical support for blockchain projects. Prepare participants for the Onchain Summer competition. Facilitate resources and useful contacts for participating teams.
Event Planning
Define event objectives and agenda. Coordinate venue logistics. Plan marketing and promotion strategy. Create and prepare educational and promotional materials. Secure participation of speakers and experts.
We managed the onboarding event from start to finish. This included marketing the event, contacting attendees, providing an engaging experience, securing speakers, and arranging for the production of merchandise (t-shirts, stickers, banners). We ensured all logistical aspects were covered to deliver a seamless event.
We attracted 184 individuals interested in attending the event. The event had 60 attendees, and 25 participants have joined our mentorship program to participate in the Onchain Summer buildathon, aiming to develop innovative solutions using BASE technology.
